What Pixilo provides
Pixilo is the platform provider. It supplies the Pixilo SaaS, owner portal, provisioning, hosting workflow, subscription billing, support tools, release proof, backups, and generated store infrastructure.
What store owners control
Each store owner remains responsible for the owner business, product truth, prices, tax treatment, legal notices, customer service, returns, delivery promises, uploaded content, and use of customer information inside the store.
Generated stores and availability
Pixilo may create a separate generated store app and database for each tenant. Pixilo may update, restart, repair, move, back up, or roll back generated stores when needed for security, reliability, support, or owner-approved changes.
Account security
Owners must keep account access secure, invite only trusted admins, remove people who no longer need access, and use fresh re-authentication when Pixilo asks for it before sensitive actions.
Domains, email, and third-party services
Owners are responsible for domain ownership, DNS changes they control, sender identity, external payment or invoice provider credentials they supply, and any third-party content or integrations connected to the store.
Acceptable use
Pixilo may refuse, limit, suspend, or remove content or access that appears illegal, fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, infringing, misleading, spam-like, harmful to the platform, or likely to create legal or security risk.
AI and draft content
AI assistance, generated text, setup suggestions, and demo content are drafting aids. Owners must review and approve product copy, prices, legal text, images, customer promises, categories, and published content before relying on them.
Support access
Pixilo may use short-lived, logged support access for setup, troubleshooting, launch checks, domain work, billing recovery, and owner-approved support. Pixilo does not ask for owner passwords or raw payment-card details.
Service changes and suspension
Pixilo may change product features, plans, proof requirements, provider support, or operational workflows. Pixilo may temporarily limit paid actions, admin actions, updates, domain changes, checkout, or support operations when billing, security, legal, or infrastructure risk requires it.
Contact and review status
Pixilo legal content is practical product-policy draft content. It should be reviewed by external counsel and native Hebrew/Arabic reviewers before final production reliance.Contact:legal@pixilo.ai
