What Pixilo provides
Pixilo provides managed SaaS for multilingual catalogs, ecommerce stores, workshops, owner portals, and operator workflows. Pixilo may create, host, monitor, update, and support generated store apps for each owner.
Owner responsibilities
Owners are responsible for their business content, products, prices, tax and legal obligations, customer communication, refund policies, and keeping account credentials secure.
Service boundaries
Pixilo manages the Pixilo subscription and platform operations. Store customer orders, customer service, product claims, and business promises remain the owner’s responsibility unless a written service agreement says otherwise.
Support access
Pixilo may use short-lived, logged support access to help with setup, troubleshooting, launch checks, domain work, and owner-approved support. Pixilo does not ask for owner passwords or raw payment-card details.
What Pixilo cannot access
Pixilo does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, readable passwords, external bank accounts, external payment dashboards, or private external inboxes.
