What Pixilo can access
Pixilo may view store configuration, content, modules, launch status, support messages, and operational health needed to resolve the issue.
What Pixilo cannot access
Pixilo does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, readable passwords, external bank accounts, external payment dashboards, or private external inboxes.
Audit
Support access is short-lived and recorded for operational accountability.
