What Pixilo may see
Pixilo may view store configuration, package, enabled modules, content, products, orders, customer inquiry records, support messages, launch state, billing status, proof evidence, backups, and operational health needed to resolve the issue.
What stays private
Pixilo does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, readable passwords, private external inboxes, external bank dashboards, or private payment-provider dashboards.
Owner approval and emergency use
Normal support access should be owner-approved or operator-audited. Emergency reliability or security work may happen without waiting when needed to protect the platform, a store, customers, or data.
Audit and expiry
Support access should be short-lived, logged where practical, scoped to the support purpose, and revoked or expired after use.
Protected links
Proof links, support links, and operational evidence are protected operator links, not public unlisted URLs.
