Subscription billing
Each site has a Pixilo subscription. Checkout shows payment today, renewal, setup services, add-ons, and taxes or fees when applicable before payment.
Cancellation
Cancelling renewal stops the next billing period. Access normally continues until the paid period ends unless there is abuse, legal risk, or a written exception.
Failed payment
Pixilo may send retry/update-payment messages and may limit paid operations after grace handling.
Receipts
Payment history and receipt downloads remain visible in the owner billing area when available.
Restore window
After cancellation or inactivation, Pixilo keeps a practical restore window of 3 months when operationally possible. After that, restore may require a new setup or may not be available.
