Pixilo billing

Cancellation and Billing Policy

Renewal, cancellation, failed payments, receipts, restore, and what happens when payment stops.

Subscription billing

Each active site has a Pixilo subscription or billing arrangement. Checkout should show payment due today, renewal cycle, setup services, add-ons, taxes or fees when applicable, and the plan selected before payment.Contact:billing@pixilo.ai

Payment provider

Pixilo uses a payment provider such as Cardcom for secure billing, tokenization, hosted payment pages, returns, status checks, and payment events. Pixilo does not store full card details.Contact:billing@pixilo.ai

Failed payment grace

When a recurring payment fails, the subscription moves into payment-attention status and Pixilo sets a 3-day grace window. Retry/update-payment messages may be sent, and scheduled retries may run during that window.Contact:billing@pixilo.ai

During the grace window

Pixilo may keep the public store and core owner access available while asking the owner to retry payment or update the payment method. Some paid or risky operations may be limited until payment is resolved.

After the grace window

If the failed-payment grace window expires, Pixilo may lock or cancel subscription access, block paid operations, block updates, block new checkout or domain work, and require payment restoration or operator support before service is restored.

Cancellation by owner

Cancelling renewal stops the next billing period. Access normally continues until the paid period ends unless there is abuse, legal risk, unpaid balance, security risk, or a written exception.

Plan changes and add-ons

Upgrades, annual switches, or add-ons may require immediate payment. Downgrades or some changes may be scheduled for the next renewal, depending on current period, plan, and billing proof.Contact:billing@pixilo.ai

Refunds and manual exceptions

Refunds, voids, failed-payment overrides, cancellation overrides, and billing restorations are manual decisions unless a specific written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise. Operator actions must be audited with a reason.Contact:billing@pixilo.ai

Receipts and invoices

Payment history and receipt downloads remain visible in the owner billing area when available. Receipt metadata may be retained for accounting, dispute, and support needs.Contact:billing@pixilo.ai

Restore window

After cancellation or inactivation, Pixilo keeps a practical restore window of 3 months when operationally possible. After that, restore may require a new setup, a manual quote, or may not be available.

Data export and deletion

Owners should request export or deletion before a service is permanently removed. Some records may be retained for legal, billing, security, proof, backup, or dispute needs.
