How we use data
We use data to create and run sites, manage subscriptions, send service emails, provide support, secure the platform, prove billing, and improve Pixilo.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with providers for hosting, databases, email, payments, storage, monitoring, backups, and support operations.
Retention and requests
Owners can ask to review, correct, export, or delete relevant account data when legally and operationally possible. Some billing, security, and audit records may need to be retained.
Payment boundaries
Card details are handled by the payment provider. Pixilo stores payment status, transaction references, and billing records, not full card details.
