Information Pixilo collects
Pixilo may collect owner account details, contact details, billing records, subscription history, site setup details, uploaded content, support messages, consent and preference records, security logs, release-verification records, backup status, and operational records needed to run the service.
Required and optional information
Fields marked as required are needed to create an account, process checkout, secure the service, or handle the request shown beside the form. Providing other information is voluntary. If required information is not supplied, Pixilo may be unable to create the account, complete payment, provide support, or deliver the requested service.
Store and buyer information
Generated stores may process buyer inquiries, orders, workshop registrations, saved customer details, payment status, cart/order metadata, delivery/pickup details, and communication history. The store owner normally controls this customer information and is responsible for the customer relationship; Pixilo processes it to provide the store infrastructure and approved support.
How Pixilo uses information
Pixilo uses information to create and run stores, manage subscriptions, send service emails, provide support, secure accounts, verify billing, check service health, maintain backups, improve the product, and comply with legal or operational requirements.
Marketing and preferences
Newsletters, product updates, and custom marketing messages must include an unsubscribe or manage-preferences link. Unsubscribing stops marketing for that channel, not operational service messages.
Transactional messages
Transactional emails such as login links, verification codes, receipts, payment status, order updates, support/security notices, and launch service messages may still be sent when needed even if marketing is unsubscribed.
Sharing and processors
Pixilo shares only what is needed with providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, payments, object storage, monitoring, backups, proof artifacts, security, analytics after consent, and support operations.
Payment boundaries
Card details are handled by the payment provider. Pixilo stores billing status, transaction references, token references where applicable, receipt metadata, retry evidence, and support records, not full card details.
Retention
Pixilo keeps records for as long as needed for the service, billing, tax/accounting, security, dispute handling, proof, backup, and support. Some records may remain after cancellation when required or when needed to keep a restore window practical.Contact:privacy@pixilo.ai
Privacy requests
Owners can ask to review or correct relevant personal information and, where legally and operationally available, request export, restriction, or deletion. Some billing, security, backup, proof, and audit records may need to be retained. Requests can be sent through the privacy contact shown on this page.Contact:security@pixilo.ai
Security
Pixilo uses access controls, signed cookies, separate platform and customer-store databases, logged support access, retention cleanup, and provider boundaries to reduce unnecessary data exposure.
