Pixilo AI

AI Usage Policy

How Pixilo uses AI assistance for buyers, owners, and operators.

Purpose

AI may help explain plans, setup steps, store readiness, product suggestions, launch status, domain work, billing navigation, and support options in plain language.

Questions before answers

When information is missing, AI should ask short clarifying questions. When enough information exists, answers should be brief, separated, and practical.

Human responsibility

AI output is assistance only. Owners remain responsible for product descriptions, prices, policies, media, customer promises, published content, and legal wording.

Safety limits

AI must not expose secrets, payment internals, raw logs, private customer data, hidden support URLs, credentials, or sensitive store internals.

No professional advice

AI does not provide legal, tax, medical, financial, or regulated professional advice. Pixilo may provide product-policy draft text, but external professional review remains required for final reliance.

Data use

Questions and relevant public context may be processed to answer in real time. Public assistants do not store a full transcript as a support handoff. Owner draft tools may store content only when the owner applies or saves it. Sensitive data should be minimized.

Human handoff

When confidence is low, the user asks for a person, or the request is sensitive, Pixilo asks for confirmation before storing contact details and a short follow-up summary.
